Uhde manufactures all sizes of LDPE autoclaves from 250l up to 2,500l. We only use specialised quality steel with high purity in order to guarantee our customers the highest safety.

The very long lifetime of our autoclaves is achieved by a combination of high quality steel, careful design and strict quality control.

Uhde High Pressure Technologies manufactures high pressure autoclaves with an outer diameter up to 1,600 mm and a length of up to 10 m. The weight could be 100 tons. We design and manufacture the autoclaves according to the local legal requirements with PED or ASME VIII/3, further international codes are possible. The design pressure is up to 3,000 bars.

If necessary the autoclaves can be delivered with motor, stirrer and special bearings. The heating jacket will be prepared with a dismountable system in order to have a free outer surface for inspection. If requested Uhde High Pressure Technologies can also design and fabricate the thermocouples and bursting discs.

Besides the manufacturing of new autoclaves, Uhde High Pressure Technologies makes also inspection and maintenance on old autoclaves.
