Extractive Cleaning

In many cleaning processes the cleaning standards are extreme like very high requirements to cleanliness or particularly gentle cleaning due to sensitive product properties. SFE can be deemed a very capable and powerful alternative to conventional cleaning processes. With respect to ecological impact and sustainability as well as toxicological acceptability cleaning by means of supercritical fluids is superior to most alternative technologies since those processes can not be operated without problematic solvents. Implementation of SFE is broad and highly specific and optimized for certain products or business segments:

• Particle cleaning:
  Precision-machined or capillary surfaces, micro-bores, medical instruments, etc.

• Cleaning of wafers and electronic components:
  Wafers, photo masks, printed circuit boards, etc.

• Cleaning of textile:
