Our new 6. generation of high pressure pumps is the result of continuous model development with the aim of maximizing operational availability and efficiency. Well established hydraulic components and a newly developed high pressure intensifier guarantee safety and ease of maintenance under all operating conditions. The standard configuration of our high pressure
pumps in the STANDARD series is immediately operational. Additional hardware is not required. Detachable soundproof casing elements and a hood with window provide optimal accessibility.

- Separate cooling / filter circuit permits permanent cooling and filtering of hydraulic oil
- Material certifications for parts subjected to pressure according to standard EN10204 / 3.1
- CE certification / declaration of conformity or manufacturer's declaration according to EC guidelines 98/37/EC

Water system - suction side
- Double suction water filters (10 and 1 μm)

- Maintenance-free, TÜV approved high pressure pulsation damper
- Automatic HP relief system for fast pressure relief after switching off the high pressure pump, after activating the emergency stop button and to reduce the cutting pressure during operation

- Soundproof casing and hood with window
- Stainless steel drip tray underneath high pressure unit
- Welded and oil-proof base, capable to contain the entire tank inventory
