Uhde HPP pilot plants are used to treat representative samples or small production batches. The system consists of a high pressure vessel with an integrated hydraulic pressure intensifier and a mobile frame. It is installed on a common compact skid.
The design ensures extremely fast, simple and safe handling. Opening, closing and securing of the cover, pressurisation and pressure release are controlled automatically. The system can be operated with variable pressure cycles. As an option, the vessel can be equipped with a tempering jacket.
