Uhde builds permanent-magnet coupled, glandless rotary stirrers for high-pressure and low-pressure processes.

Uhde achieves the high pressure, up to 14,000 bar, using hydraulic plunger pumps. According to the operating method, they are pressure intensifiers with a low-pressure part and a high-pressure part. This separation permits a modular construction.

Uhde fabricates HP heat exchangers in the widest possible variety of designs, e.g. double-pipe or multi-tube heat exchangers, tubular reactors and heat exchangers.

As a result of their robust construction, they have proven their worth even in the most extreme conditions. The quality is characterised by speed, accuracy and high availability. The end connections can be adapted to all international standards.

They are used as reactor tubes and cooler tubes as well as in the compressor piping. In addition to the complete tube processing (bending, end processing, autofrettage and jacketing), Uhde also manufactures deep-hole-drilled HP tubes made of steel bars.
